The Role

As a member of the People & Culture  team, you will be responsible for the execution of our People & Culture strategy by partnering with our Strategic Business Partners, Operations and Centres of Excellence for Netherlands and other European locations.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Providing guidance and advice on the execution of P&C policy and processes
  • Employee relations advice and case management 
  • Local reward and compensation management and governance
  • Ensuring compliance with local legislation and promoting best practice
  • Collaborative work with the wider People & Culture team on local and global projects

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong operational and working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice employee relations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Collaborative approach
  • Ability to quickly build rapport, influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data to inform data led decision making and insights
  • Project management
